Stihl 200 is a chainsaw from the Stihl company designed for occasional use only. Stihl 200 is good for home or forest use like gardening, felling, and landscaping. It is not recommended for heavy duty work woodcutting but is great for arborists. It is the lightest among Stihl's gas powered saws.

Stihl 200 is easy to open that it does not require any tool to refill fuel and oil compartments. The hands are enough to open the oil and fuel caps. Just like other Stihl chainsaw products, it has side-access chain tensioner so that the user can easily cut through wood without too much arm and back tension.

The chainsaw is also adjustable for use in winter or in summer with its carburetor preheat shutter. It can detect if the engine needs preheating or not depending on the outside temperature. It directly adjusts its internal preheat temperature in cold winter or hot summer.
